Once I go to a chiropractor, will I always have to go?

No, the care we offer is a holistic approach to realignment and wellness. How long you visit depends on your condition, progression, and how you feel.

Does it hurt to get adjusted?

For most patients, adjustments are painless. Some people experience a bit of discomfort if they are not able to fully relax during treatment or are already injured.

Can chiropractic cure everything?

No. DCs should not claim they are appropriate caregivers for every situation. These doctors routinely refer patients to the appropriate medical specialists when a condition is outside the realm of our treatment. Part of a chiropractor’s extensive training is the ability to know when a referral to another health provider is needed.

Why would I have my newborn or young child adjusted?

Our natural care may help with many things in newborn children. Being in a tightly cramped space for the duration of the pregnancy can lead to some minor issues that chiropractors may help with. Chiropractic care in newborns can support their physical development, boost their recovery after birth, ease colic symptoms, improve their immune system, and it can make them less fussy and irritable.

Can you help with colic and how?

Chiropractic care has been shown to reduce colic symptoms by relieving pressure and allowing the body to perform its functions properly.

Does insurance cover chiropractic visits?

Most do. It depends on each individual plan.

How much does it cost?

Our office charges $90 for initial visits and $45 for each subsequent visit.

Do I need a referral from my physician?

No.

Do you work with medical doctors?

Yes.

Will I get adjusted on my first visit?

Usually. Initial visits include a full functional test and head-to-toe assessment.
